TABLEWAR Shipping Information

• US Orders: We ship Mats and Case orders using UPS Ground out of Chicago, IL
• Expect 2-3 Days to ship to the East Coast
• Expect 3-4 Days to ship to the West Coast
• Apartment addresses will ship UPS but will require a signature for delivery
• We are not currently shipping to PO Box addresses
• Canadian Orders: We ship using UPS Ground out of Chicago, IL
• Expect 3-7 Days to ship to Canada
• We stopped shipping USPS due to 1) some extremely long shipment times in 2020 (some were more than a month) and 2) increases to USPS rates while our UPS negotiated rate came down significantly. We understand that this may result in carrier fees on the receiving end; we are sorry for that but USPS just was not a reasonable option for our products any longer.
• Our Canadian Distributor (Universal) ships to Friendly Local Gaming Stores from Vancouver and Montreal (encourage your local store to contact them)
• International Orders: Other countries generally ship via UPS International Save and arrive within about 4-6 days depending on local customs processes. Duty or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• We generally ship Mat and Case orders 3 days a week (we ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday… and will add Tuesday and Thursday shipments during peak periods)
• Items in our web-store are IN OUR WAREHOUSE and ready to ship
