Alien Invasion: Three New TABLEWAR F.A.T. Mats Arrive for StarCraft* Battles

TABLEWAR is preparing to bring the Koprulu Sector to gaming tables with Alien Invasion, a new F.A.T. Mat design created especially for the StarCraft tabletop miniatures game. Scheduled to become available for orders and shipments in October 2026, the range gives commanders a striking foundation for clashes between Terran, Zerg, and Protoss forces.

Alien Invasion will launch in three battlefield sizes: 6x3 feet, 54x36 inches, and 60x44 inches. The selection lets players match the mat to their preferred scenario, event format, or available table space. From focused engagements to sprawling conflicts, each version provides a ready-to-play arena for maneuvering squads, monsters, heroes, and armored units.

The design is built to give games an immediate science-fiction atmosphere, helping terrain and painted miniatures feel at home in a contested alien war zone. It also brings that theme to TABLEWAR’s established F.A.T. Mat format: a smooth, water-resistant playing surface paired with a cushioned neoprene rubber backing. Models move easily while remaining stable, and dice rolls stay quieter and more controlled than they would on a hard tabletop. The flexible mat can be rolled for transport and storage when the battle is over.

For StarCraft players building a new collection—or veterans looking to upgrade their battlefield—Alien Invasion offers a simple way to create a cohesive setting without painting or assembling a permanent board. Players can choose the dimensions that best fit their games while keeping the same immersive visual identity across home tables, clubs, and organized events.

The first batch of these mats are available for immediate shipping! Order yours now! With three practical sizes and a battlefield theme designed for interstellar warfare, TABLEWAR’s Alien Invasion F.A.T. Mats are ready to set the stage for the next fight for galactic supremacy.
