Planned Warehouse Vacations

  • December 19, 2025 - January 5, 2026 (shipping to resume January 6th)

 

 TABLEWAR® primarily ships from two warehouses located in San Diego and Chicago but this will change in 2026 (see below for more information).


The Louisville, KY Warehouse will ship out all of our products (eventually）
  • Primarily utilizes UPS for shipping
  • Opens Q1, 2026
The San Diego Warehouse mainly ships the Tower Case product lines.
  • Utilizes UPS & FedEx for shipping
  • THIS WAREHOUSE CLOSES December 16, 2025 and will not re-open
The Chicago Warehouse ships the F.A.T. Mat®, MarcoMats®, and Army Carry Tray Product Lines.
  • Utilizes UPS & FedEx for shipping
  • We will phase out of this warehouse in Q2'2026
 The majority of TABLEWAR's shipments go out within 1 business day. Our warehouses are opened Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
 

International Shipping

July 1, 2025 Update: Due to significant rate changes at UPS, USPS, FedEx and other carriers, we are unable to ship 6x4' and 4x4' FAT Mats internationally. For Canada, please consider having your local game store source from Universal Distribution who carries these sizes and is able to ship to Canadian game stores. We apologize for the inconvenience this creates. Other sizes of FAT Mats are unaffected by this change.

International shipping from both the San Diego and Chicago warehouses is possible. We continue to utilize FedEx from the respective warehouses. Customers are responsible for any import duties, courier fees, or fees or taxes imposed upon importing the product.

 

Product Returns

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Product should be returned in the original shipping boxes and with all included accessories. If this is not possible, please discuss with TABLEWAR first. For all returns, please contact TABLEWAR on Facebook Messenger or at Sales@TABLEWARdesigns.com to arrange your return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to TABLEWAR.
